Return of product(s) to New England Imaging Distribution requires prior approval by e-mail to customerservice@neidllc.com.

Please email issue(s) with your NOBLEX item(s), a copy of the invoice/proof of purchase and completed warranty card to us for a Return Authorization Number. We will reply to your email with your Return Authorization Number so that you can send your item in with the following instructions.

Packing and Sending Your Repair:

1) Pack the item(s) along with a detailed note including the Return Authorization Number (which will have been emailed to you), a copy of the invoice/proof of purchase and completed warranty card securely in a box.

2) We recommend that you use a shipper with delivery confirmation to ensure your package is received and your refund processed. UPS, Fed-Ex and United States Postal Service all offer tracking and delivery confirmation.

3) Mail the package to:

    In the event of a warranty claim, we will repair your product and return it free of charge. Please understand that we can only receive your defective device by shipment. If our cost estimate is rejected and the unrepaired device is returned, we will charge $25.00 for the cost estimate (plus shipping costs). We will usually carry out the repair within 2 to 3 weeks of receiving the item for repair.
